ORDERING

Thank you for your interest in Dewi Designs. Very soon you will be enjoying your own intriguing, diaphanous, romantic piece.

You may use a credit/debit card when ordering through PayPal,without having to be a PayPal member.

If you prefer to order via email, please include the item name and code number, and shipping address. I will then send your total, including tax and shipping charges.

I will notify you when your payment is received and your order is shipped.

CARE FOR YOUR DEWI PIECE

My pieces are all handmade and no two are exactly alike. I use the best semi-precious stones and all 14k gold-filled and sterling silver chains.

Airy and fragile, Dewi pieces are durable as long as you take care of them. It sounds crazy but if they get super-squished you can apply a medium hot iron to them and they will come right back to new!

  • If you prefer to order via email, please include the item name and code number. I will then send your total, including tax and shipping charges.
  • You may pay electronically via PayPal or send regular post. I will notify you when your payment is received and your order is shipped.
  • PayPal is my preferred method of payment but I will also accept money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks.
  • Please make sure payment is received within one week (7 days) of placing your order.
  • If you are not paying with PayPal, contact me so I know to wait for your payment.
  • If you choose to pay with a personal check I will send your piece just as soon as the check clears.
  • California residents must pay 9.7% tax-- added to your total.
  • If I have not received your payment after two weeks, and a special arrangement has not been made, the order will be cancelled.

SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping

  • I ship purchases within 1 week of payment unless otherwise noted.
  • I will send a confirmation number as soon as the piece is shipped.
  • I prefer to use Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
  • Pieces should arrive in 2-3 business days after shipment.
  • If you would like a RUSH order, different shipping method or insurance, just let me know. I’ll just send you a PayPal invoice for the difference.
  • RUSH orders have an additional fee.

International Shipping

  • I happily ship worldwide-- buyer is responsible for any extra custom charges incurred.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to exchange or refund.
  • You must contact me within 3 days of receiving the piece and mail back in the same package to receive your refund or exchange.
  • For up to a week (7 days), you can send back the item for store credit, but it must be in its original condition, in its original box and unworn.
  • Custom orders are not returnable unless there is a defect in workmanship or error on my part.
  • Buyer will pay all return shipping charges and Dewi is not responsible for items lost in the mail.

CUSTOM ORDERS

I love making custom pieces! If you need a piece for an event, desire certain colors, or have a specific idea in mind, contact me and we can make some magic. If you need ideas, I can send you some images of custom pieces I’ve done in the past.

WHOLESALE ORDERS
